Las Suites y Las Habitaciones.

Los precios incluyen: Eletricidad, Agua, Seguridad, Servicio de Conserjeria y Ama de Llaves, Gas y refrigeracion ilimitados en la Cocina Comunitaria, y el uso de la areas comunes (Lavanderia-pila y area de secado-, Sala de TV, Sala de Visitas, Sala de estudios, Jardin, etc., etc. ...)

LAS SUITES

                      Hay DOS (2) exclusivas suites, DORTMUND & BERLIN, ambas estan finamente decoradas con mas de 50mts Cuadrados de espacio, Sanitario Privado, Cocineta -Kitchenette- con Horno de Microondas, horno tostador y Refrigerador de Mini Bar . Ambas suites ofrecen ademas TV a Color ( Acceso a CABLE TV ( opcional con costo adicional, CNN, DW, TVE, HBO, CINEMAX, etc) y estan listas para que puedas instalar INTERNET ( opcional con costo adicional, desde 64kbps hasta 512kbps)

LA SUITE BERLIN, con 3 ambientes: Recamara, baño y sala estudio/kitchennette, esta decorada con muebles autenticos de la epoca de los 50s, tiene vista al patio interior, y esta decorada con fotos antiguas muy bonitas de la Ciudad de Berlin, y una magnifica reproduccion de las Pinturas de A. LA SUITE DORTMUND, con 3 ambientes: Recamara, baño y sala estudio/kitchennette. esta decorada con muebles originales de los 30s ( Cama y Mesa de Noche en 3 maderas tropicales), tiene, ademas su WALK IN CLOSET ILUMINADO ( con mas de 6mts cubicos de espacio ). La SUITE DORTMUND es la mas Espaciosa y Privada de toda CASA KATHARINA y la pueden compartir hasta 2 damas huespedes si asi se desea. PRECIO: NO DISPONIBLE. OCUPADA.

LAS HABITACIONES

                      Hay SIETE ( 7 ) exclusivas habitaciones, COLONIA, HEILDELBERG, KIEL, BREMMEN, STUTTGART, HANNOVER y FURTH. Todas ellas estan decoradas con reproducciones de las obras de A. Mucha, tienen su propio sanitario privado con agua fria y caliente las 24 horas del dia y disfrutan del uso ilimitado de la cocina de CASA KATHARINA, un locker o casillero propio con llave en dicha cocina (Para guardar sus utencilios y alimentos que no necesitan refrigeracion) y espacio en una de las 3 refrigeradoras/neveras en la cocina. Las habitaciones tienen todas acceso a CABLE TV ( opcional con costo adicional, CNN, DW, TVE, HBO, CINEMAX, etc) y estan listas para que puedas instalar INTERNET ( opcional con costo adicional, desde 64kbps hasta 512kbps).

COLONIA, MINI SUITE CON COCINETA -kitchenette para las agringadas...- CON HORNO TOSTADOR y HORNO MICRO ONDAS, es la mas espaciosa y luminosa de todas las habiatciones de CASA KATHARINA, con su impresionante ventanal de maderas de caoba de los 1920s, con vidrios quemados al acido y decorada con fotos e impresiones de la Ciudad de Colonia. Sus muebles con originales estilos de los 60s, en obscuras y robustas maderas tropicales, te esperan!. PRECIO: No disponible esta OCUPADA.

HEIDELBERG, en honor a la Ciudad Universitaria Alemana por excelencia, ofrece la mas espaciosa y luminosa de todas las habiatciones de CASA KATHARINA, decorada con fotos e impresiones de la Ciudad de Colonia, una impresionante reproduccion de una pintura de A. Mucha. Sus muebels con originales de los 60s, en maderas tropicales. PRECIO: No disponible esta OCUPADA.

KIEL, para recordar esa Ciudad Portuaria tan especial. Ofrece una vista al Patio Interior, y esta decorada con una magnifica impresion de una pintura de A.MUCHA y fotografias historicas y articulos privados de un recordado miembro de la familia que fallecio en la Segunda Guerra Mundial abordo de un Submarino, SKAL !                       There are TWO (2) exclusive suites, DORTMUND & BERLIN, both are finley decorated and offer you more than 50mts suqare meters (150 square feet that is...) of space, Private Bath (with running hot and cold water, 24 hours a day, which is hard to find in Guatemalal City... ) Kitchenette with Microwave oven, Toaster oven, and Mini Bar Fridge (Midget fridge). Both suites offer Colour TV ( Access to  CABLE TV is opcional at additional prices, for CNN, DW, TVE, HBO, CINEMAX, etc) and ready for you to install INTERNET ( optional at extra price, from 64kbps to 512kbps)

BERLIN, with 3 living espaces, Bed Chamber, Bathrrom and Study with kitchennette is decorated with authentic 1950s furniture, offer a delightful view to the inner court and is decorated with Antique photos of  the City  of Berlin, some family pictures and a great reproduction of one of the pictures by  painter A. DORTMUND, with 3 living espaces, Bed Chamber, Bathrrom and Study with kitchennette  is decorates with original furniture from the 1930s ( Bed and Side table in 3 tropical woods), offers, a great ILUMINATED WALK IN CLOSET ( with more than 6mts cubics meter of space, that is 18cubic feet of storage). THE SUITE DORTMUND is the MORE SPACIOUS and PRIVATE space in all of CASA KATHARINA,  and CAN BE SHARED BY UP TO 2 LADIES IF THEY WISH SO. PRICE: Not Available IN USE RIGHT NOW. THE ROOMS

                      There are SEVEN ( 7 ) exclusive rooms: COLONIA, HEILDELBERG, KIEL, BREMMEN, STUTTGART, HANNOVER & FURTH. All of them decorated with reproductions from the art work of A. Mucha, ALL HAVE THEIR OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM, with cold and hot running water 24 hours  day, and have free and unlimited use of the Kithchen of CASA KATHARINA, a locker with bolt and key for storage on this kithchen (To keep cooking ware and non refrigerated items ) and space at one of the 3 refrigerators in the kithchen. ALL ROOMS CAN HAVE CABLE TV ( optional at additional cost, for CNN, DW, TVE, HBO, CINEMAX, etc) and are ready for INTERNET ( optional at extra cost from 64kbps and up to 512kbps, the faster, the more expensive).

COLONIA,  THE MINI SUITE WITH KITCHENETTE WITH TOASTER OVEN AND MICROWAVE OVEN flat ware and stone ware for 2, is the first and most spacious rooms at CASA KATHARINA, with its impressive window wall of Mohagony wood dating back to the 1920s, with ETCHED GALSS, and decorated with photos and prints of the City of Cologne in Germany (Colonia in Spanish...).
